CSA Subscription Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a subscription from The Wood Colony Farmstand, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


PAYMENT

I understand that once I pay for the subscription in full, I have secured my place in the CSA for the respective season. 

There are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of my CSA once purchased.

Subscribers may choose to transfer their subscription to a friend for the season. Please contact us with any change requests.

SHARE DATES

I understand that the start of each CSA subscription is flexible and based on seasonal conditions and product availability. I am aware that The Wood Colony Farmstand will communicate via email to inform all subscribers of updates and start dates, and that it is my responsibility to contact the farm via email if I am not receiving notifications near the specified CSA start dates shared in the product details.

PICKING UP YOUR Subscription

I understand that my order will be ready for pickup weekly at The Wood Colony Farmstand once the subscriptions begin. If I am out of town or unable to pickup my CSA for any reason, I understand that it is my responsibility to find a substitute to take my subscription. If I am unable to pickup my order or find a substitute to pick up my order, I will not receive credit or a refund for any orders that I do not pickup.

It is my responsibility to pick up my order during the designated time period on the designated day. If I am unable to pick it up, I will entitle a friend to do so. It is my responsibility to reach out to The Wood Colony Farmstand for any changes to my pickup date. I understand that if my order is not picked up within that given week, I forfeit that share.

CHANGES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION

I understand that once I have purchased a CSA, I am not able to extend my subscription past the 4-week period due to a missed pick up. These seasonal items are only available for a short period and this subscription is designed when they are at their peak. I understand that if I need to change my pickup date, that I need to contact The Wood Colony Farmstand regarding a change. I may coordinate transfer of my subscription to another individual.
